Our product has a 100% satisfaction guarantee that lasts for up to 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on your product before or exactly 14 days after the product purchase. If it reaches more than 14 days, we will no longer offer the return/refund.
Items are required to be returned with (1) packed inside the original factory-sealed container (2) original stickers and/or boxes not damaged

- You have the option to request for (1) exchange of the item or (2) receiving the amount of the product purchase issued.

- The customer should include the ff:
- Name of the Customer
- Date Purchased
- Problem with your Purchase
- Proof of Payment
- Order Number
- Wait for our feedback to obtain authorization for returns and/or refund.
- You may send the item/s with the copy of the invoice or any proof of purchase and printed bank account number/payment details for refund
- Refund for the item is valid with the item’s cost only - not in conjunction with the specialised promos.
- Shipping costs for refund/returns will be charged to the customer.
- We will notify you if we received the returned item for rechecking of the payment details before we process.
- Please make sure that you know your balance before we proceed with the refund.
- Upon receipt, wait for 5-7 business days. Notify us once you received the refund.
- If you haven’t received a refund, we suggest checking your bank account again, or contact the bank company - some banks may take time before your refund is posted.
- If you have done all the checking and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us.
- We will notify you if we received the returned item and when we are ready to send the exchanged item.
- The customer is responsible for the arrangement of the shipping of the exchanged item/s.
- Notify us upon receipt of the exchanged item/s.
