We use the Order information that we collect to generally process any orders placed on our Site. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data will be stored the entire transaction process - it will be deleted once the transaction is done.

PCI-DSS has its standards adhered by all the direct payment gateways. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

For our payment transaction processors and payment gateways, they have their own data privacy guidelines in respect to the information we are required to provide to them especially in your purchase-related transactions. You may read them on their respective sites.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your Personal Information to comply with any laws and/or regulations - or if we are required to do so. We may also share your Personal Information if you violate our terms.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your order information on our records unless you ask us to delete this information.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
