As a part of the ordering/buying process(applied to this website and all original platforms of our brand), we collect your(“our customers”) name, email address, contact number/s, payment information/s, and billing address as part of our transaction - referred as “Order Information”. This Order Information may serve as Feedback Information if we receive testimonials, comments and/or suggestions after the purchase has been done.

While browsing through our website, we also automatically collect information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We may also receive information such as individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, as well as how you interact with the Site. We use the Order information that we collect to generally process any orders placed on our Site. We use this information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or problems, do our product inventory, and provide you any advertising or updates regarding our products and/or services with your consent. 

We can also use your data for gathering consumer research and help us for the improvement of our products and services.


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data will be stored the entire transaction process - it will be deleted once the transaction is done.

PCI-DSS has its standards adhered by all the direct payment gateways. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

For our payment transaction processors and payment gateways, they have their own data privacy guidelines in respect to the information we are required to provide to them especially in your purchase-related transactions. You may read them on their respective sites.

We may disclose your Personal Information to comply with any laws and/or regulations - or if we are required to do so. We may also share your Personal Information if you violate our terms.


You may click links on our store that will direct you to another website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of the other sites and encourage you to read their respective privacy policies.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your order information on our records unless you ask us to delete this information.


We reserve the right to modify this privacy from time to time. We advise that you review this frequently. Changes and clarifications will take immediately once rendered on this Site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you(if your data is stored on our database already) that it has been updated, so that you will be informed of what information we collect, how we share it, under what circumstances, what reservations we would be needing to make, if any we may use and/or disclose it. 

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
